About Us — The 399k Story

399k is an online casino platform built with Bangladesh players in mind. Our goal has always been the same — to create a place where players can enjoy entertainment in their own language, with their preferred payment methods, and in complete safety. We believe a great gaming experience starts with trust.

The demand for online entertainment in Bangladesh is growing every day. To meet that demand, 399k has integrated familiar methods like bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer directly into the platform, making deposits and withdrawals easy and fast. You can get started with a deposit of just ৳200, and withdrawals are typically completed within 10–45 minutes.

Our game library includes slots, live casino, cricket, and betting on various other sports — all in one platform. Games from world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe are all available here. There is never a dull moment at 399k.

We welcome new players with a 120% first deposit bonus — up to ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200. Only 15x wagering on the bonus is required — meaning for a ৳1,200 bonus you need to place a total of ৳18,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.

For long-term players, we have our VIP program — split into three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold — where you can earn weekly cashback ranging from 0.4% up to 1.2%. The more you play, the better the benefits.

Most importantly, our support team is ready to assist in both Bengali and English, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Whether through live chat or email, you can get help with any issue. 399k is not just a gaming site — it is a trusted home for players in Bangladesh.
